ObjectiveTo discuss the change of contrast sensitivity (CS) after implantation of different kinds of intraocular lens (IOL) and compare three techniques to measure the optical aberrations of IOL eye: laser ray tracing (LRT), the Hartmann-Shack (H-S), and the spatially resolved refractometer (SRR).
目的探讨白内障手术植入不同设计的人工晶状体(intraocular lens,IOL)术后对比敏感度(contrast sensitivity,CS)视功能的变化以及比较激光光束追踪(laser raytracing,LRT)、Hartmann-Shack(H-S)和空间分辨折射仪(spatially resolvedrefractometer,SRR)波前像差仪测量人工晶状体眼波前像差的不同。
