为研究小麦反转录转座子Wis2-1A在低能离子束辐照小麦生物效应中的作用,用实时定量PCR的方法测定不同注量下Wis2-1A的转录水平及在基因组中的拷贝,并用转座子显示技术研究了Wis2-1A在注量为5×1017N+/cm2的低能离子束处理后的转录对其邻近基因表达的影响,结果显示:不同注量的N+辐照都能提高Wis2-1A的转录水平,但在基因组水平上的拷贝没有大的提高,且在较高注量下,由于Wis2-1A的高水平转录导致其邻近的某些基因沉默,这说明Wis2-1A在低能离子注入生物效应中起主要作用。
