In the paper, based on uniform price and the data of Zhejiang electricity market, Out-of-merit Capacity Index (OCI) is put forward by applying out-of-merit capacity and used in analyzing the bidding behavior of the power suppliers.
基于统一出清电价,利用序外容量,提出了序外容量指数,并利用浙江电力市场的运行数据对发电商的报价行为进行分析。
