UV-VIS-NIR reflectivity of the coating with pigments of nano-Y_2O_3,nano-SnO_2,far-infrared ceramics,hollow glass micro ball,TiO_2 and sericite and the coating of acrylic emulsion,silicone-acrylic emulsion etc was tested.
对纳米氧化钇、纳米氧化锡、远红外陶瓷粉、改性空心玻璃微珠、金红石型氧化钛、云母为填料制备的涂层及硅丙、纯丙等乳液涂层进行了紫外-可见-近红外反射率测试,选取了近红外反射率较高的改性空心玻璃微珠、金红石型氧化钛,可见光反射率较高的远红外陶瓷粉为填料,与纯丙、硅丙等弹性乳液共混,制备了环保型弹性反辐射隔热涂料,并对其隔热效果、基本性能进行了研究。
In this paper,the mechanism of thermal insulation coatings(TIC)is introduced,and advances in obstructing TIC,reflecting TIC,radiating TIC and composite TIC are summarized,and their advantages and disadvan- tages are also compared.
介绍了隔热涂料的隔热机理,总结了阻隔型、反射型、辐射型和复合型隔热涂料的研究进展,比较了各种类型隔热涂料的优缺点。
