Spore morphology of 20 species (10 species from China and 10 species from other countries) in the genus Lygodium (Lygodiaceae) was investigated under scanning electron microscope(SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).
首次利用扫描电镜对国产海金沙科Lygodiaceae海金沙属Lygodium 1 0种植物的孢子形态进行了观察 ,并利用透射电镜对孢壁的结构进行了研究。
