Through Hybridization experiment between wild Japanese quails (Coturnix japonica) and domestic quails, the traits of F_1 hybrids (wild male quails×domestic female quails) including growth, reproduction, body size, morphology, caged adaptability and living habits were observed and studied.
本研究用微山湖地区(苏、鲁、皖三省交界处)捕捉的野生日本鸣鹑(Coturnix japonica)和扬州地区的家养鹌鹑进行杂交试验,对所得杂交F_1代的生长发育规律、繁殖特性、体量、体型、家养适应性以及笼养条件下的生活习性进行观察研究分析,展示通过家鹑再野生化恢复野生日本鸣鹑群体有效规模的可能性,为今后实验室饲养、繁育再野生化的家鹑提供客观依据。
