铁皮石斛种胚原球茎液体悬浮培养研究
In order to realize its sustaninable utilization by mass propagation of protocorm-like bodies(PLBS) in bioreactor, these experiment compared the advantage-disadvantage of solid culture and liquid suspension culture, PLBS was used as material, the best culture condition for PLBS growth、multiplication and polysaccharides synthesize were investigated systemicly.
为实现铁皮石斛原球茎组织培养规模生产提供参考依据,试验结果如下:液体培养在生物量、多糖产量等方面均优于固体培养,表现在:原球茎在液体悬浮培养条件下,干重量在50d达到最大为17。
