Genetic Diagnosis of α and β Thalassemia Dual Heterozygote;
α和β地中海贫血双重杂合子的基因诊断
This study was aimed to investigate the prevalence and genotype distribution of heterozygotes in β-thalassemia combining deletional α-thalassemia by using molecular detection and haematological methods.
本研究对β-地中海贫血复合缺失型α-地中海贫血双重杂合子进行分子检测及血液学表型分析,以了解其检出情况及基因分布状况。
RESULTS: 1) Eighteen cases was heterozygote.
结果:1)结直肠癌患者标本中18例为杂合子,其中7例存在DCC基因杂合缺失情况;2)其DCC杂合缺失与肿瘤淋巴结转移的情况关系密切,有淋巴结转移的患者DCC的杂合缺失为6例,占所有存在杂合病例数的85。
