The embrittlement behavior of fracture toughness for ductile cast iron with various kinds of matrix by contact with water was investigated in this paper.
研究水附着状态下不同基体组织球墨铸铁的断裂韧性脆化行为的结果表明 ,水附着状态下 ,具有较高抗拉强度的奥贝球铁、淬火回火球铁及珠光体球铁的弹塑性断裂韧性 (JⅠc)显著下降 ,发生明显的断裂韧性脆化行为 ;而铁素体含量较高的铸态球铁和铁素体球铁则无断裂韧性的脆化行
The tensile properties of austempered ductile iron(ADI) were tested in condition of contact with water and its fracture mechanism was investigated in this paper.
研究结果表明 ,水附着状态下 ,奥贝球铁的抗拉强度和伸长率显著降低 ,发生明显的脆化现象 ,特别是在工艺窗口内等温淬火处理的试样脆化更显著。
