To investigate the expression characteristics of wheat prolamin box binding factor(WPBF) in qualitative and quantitative aspects,we studied the temporal and spatial expression characteristics of WPBF gene in different tissues of wheat during the whole development stage of endosperm using RT-PCR and Real Time PCR methods.
为了给小麦品质改良的基因工程研究提供参考依据,以小麦醇溶-谷蛋白盒结合因子(Wheat Prola-min-Box Binding Factor,WPBF)基因为研究对象,从定性和定量两个方面,利用RT-PCR与Real Time PCR系统地研究了WPBF基因在小麦不同组织器官中以及在小麦胚乳整个发育过程中表达的时空特异性。
