本研究以福建朱砂根优良单株的成年茎段和种胚为材料,进行了朱砂根成年材料的离体繁殖、愈伤组织培养和细胞悬浮培养等研究,并对朱砂根试管苗及其愈伤组织进行了解剖学观察;同时,利用RAPD技术进行了福建鼓山朱砂根野生群体的遗传多样性分析以及福建武平人工栽培的3种类型朱砂根实生群体的聚类分析。
