The design of a three stack claw-pole permanent motor with an soft magnetic composite(SMC) core was presented in this paper.
设计并制造了一台以采用软磁复合材料的爪极式永磁电机,结构复杂,通过三维有限元分析,对该电机的磁通、磁链、电感、转矩和铁耗等参数的计算提出了解决方法,通过与样机实验结果相比较,证明了所用方法的正确性,得到的结论对软磁复合材料的应用及爪极式电机的设计与分析都具有一定参考价值。
The claw pole alternator design is very complicated because of rotor s 3D construction,and the magnetic field calculation of the claw pole alternator is fundamental to the design and analysis of the alternator such as parameters calculation, performance analysis, and the design of hybrid claw pole alternator with new type permanent magnet.
爪极电机的设计是比较复杂的问题 ,因为其转子结构和磁场分布呈三维性 ;而爪极电机的磁场计算又是分析、设计爪极电机的基础 ,它对于爪极电机的参数计算、性能设计和采用永磁材料设计新型混合式爪极电机都具有十分重要地意义。

该文通过三维电磁场数值分析方法对一台 35A交流汽车爪极发电机的空载磁场分布进行了计算 ,分析了电机各部分的磁场以及电机气隙磁密波形 ,对于不同爪极截面处也进行了计算和磁场显示 ;在此基础上 ,利用能量摄动法进一步研究和计算了空载时电机各绕组的自感和互感 ,从而得出了空载时的相电压波形 ;与实测结果比较 ,证明了计算结果的正确性 ,对于计算负载时爪极电机的电感以及进一步研究混合励磁的爪极电机均具有一定的参考价
