The present study was based on the UG CAD geometric modeling for turbo-molecular pump(TMP) unitary rotor,and simulated the manufacturing process and checked the over-cutting or under-cutting for TMP blades by UG CAM integrated simulation and verification(IS&V) module.
在涡轮整体转子UG CAD几何建模的基础上,为确保涡轮分子泵整体转子加工刀位轨迹设计计算的正确性,基于UG CAM系统,利用其综合仿真功能,对涡轮转子加工刀位轨迹进行了加工模拟和过切及欠切检验。
