Objective:To investigate the effects of reduced bleeding of combined using aprotinin,hemodilution and induced hypotension in patients undergoing neurosurgery and influence to Lac,NE,urine volume.
目的:观察抑肽酶、血液稀释与控制性降压在颅脑手术联合应用的节血效果,对病人血乳酸、去甲肾上腺素及尿量等的影响。
Aim:To observe the effects of sevoflurane combined with nitroglycerine induced hypotension on the balance of cerebral oxygen supply and consumption and renal function.
