This paper begins with the analysis of chain driving motion characteristics to find the causes to the scratching of paint film on the bottom surface of the work pieces by the load bearing part of the chain plate conveyer on the steel pretreatment line,and several rules in structural design of the chain plate conveyer are put forward.
从链传动运动特性分析入手，找出钢材预处理线上板链输送机承载件对工件下表面漆膜划伤问题的原因，并提出了板链输送机结构设计方面的几项原则。
