Aiming at the extensively used stay cable,namely,parallel wire cable and considering its product arts,this paper gives a new strategy about fabricating smart stay cable that mixes FBG in cable.
针对实际桥梁中使用最为广泛的一类斜拉索类型-平行钢丝索,结合其生产工艺特点,提出了一种复合FBG于索内,实现新型智能斜拉索的策略,开展了基于FBG的7股平行钢丝束的模型张拉试验,试验分析研究了粘贴于模型钢丝束表面的FBG传感器在钢丝束完好、磨损情况下张拉后的线性,重复性及灵敏性,对该智能斜拉索应用于实际桥梁工程进行了初步的可行性验证,显示了此种智能斜拉索的广阔应用前景。
