Based on finite element analysis of high-rise buildings whose transfer stories are set at the first story and act as open floor,this paper discusses three types lateral stiffness control parameters of transfer story: story lateral stiffness ratio,equivalent shear stiffness ratio and equivalent lateral stiffness ratio.
通过一系列在首层架空层设置转换层的高层建筑的有限元分析,对楼层侧向刚度比、等效剪切刚度比和等效侧向刚度比三种转换层结构侧向刚度控制参数进行了探讨。
