通过潜水探摸检查和水下地形测量能得到抛石基床破损的部位和程度;通过测量拖轮启动工作时尾吹水流流速并与规范值比较,得到造成抛石基床10~100 kg块石启动的原因;利用规范法和有限元模型两种方法对码头现状的稳定性进行计算分析,试算得出抛石基床遭水流冲刷的极限进深值,并与潜水探摸实测值比较后评定码头的安全性;结合工程特点,提出浇注水下不离析混凝土填充沉箱前趾下空洞并采用模袋混凝土护面、护坡和护底的加固施工方案,旨在恢复和增强原码头抛石基床的设计顶高程及基床的受力性能并考虑到大流速作用环境,恢复和增强基床系数与板结防冲刷能力。
