The ways and fundamentals are represented to measure terahertz wavelength using Fabry-Poret(F-P) interferometer made of two parallel metal meshes,the principle of metal mesh parameters design is discussed,the feasibility of this ways is analysed theoretically and the formula of calculating terahertz wave line width is derived.
