Objective:To evaluate the safety of GaMuZhuer paint according to the result of its long-term toxicity experiment in rabbit.
目的:通过嘎木珠尔涂膜剂对家兔的长期毒性实验,对其安全性作初步评价;方法:设高、中、低3个不同剂量连续用药4周,检测血液学和组织学变化,观察嘎木珠尔涂膜剂的长期毒性反应;结果:高、中、低剂量嘎木珠尔涂膜剂用药2周对家兔一般行为活动、血象、生化指标未见明显影响,4周后高剂量组肝功、肾功部分指标有明显改变;随剂量增加心、肝、肾有不同程度的病理性改变;结论:嘎木珠尔涂膜剂临床短期外用是相对安全的,但应避免长期大量应用,否则会对内脏组织有一定的吸收毒性。
