To solve the problem of that biggish error made by human being sight when doing the 280℃ heating test of edible oil to judge the change of oil color,one method,using lovibond test to compare the color change of oil before or alter it was heated, was used to reduce the error.
为了解决280℃加热试验目视判断油脂颜色变浅、变深、变黑时,人为误差较大的问题,采用对油样加热前后罗维朋比色测定比较的方式,改进植物油加热试验测定方法,以减少人为感官的误差,用仪器简捷的量化了色泽的变化,减少人为误差,大量的实验数据证实,改进后的方法是科学可行的。
