In order to decrease the cost of ocean oil storage and prevent pollution of traditional oil and water replacement,a new idea about underwater oil storage with separate replacement of oil and water was put forward.
为了降低海上油田开发中原油储存装置的造价,并防止传统油水置换水下储油引起的污染,提出油水隔离置换的水下储油思路。
