Based on the stiffness problem of the hybrid levitation system,the whole hybrid levitation control system was simulated adopting the expert PID controller which tune control parameters on-line automatically,and the expert PID controller with PID controller was analyzed and compared.
采用自动在线调整控制参数的专家PID控制器,对整个混合悬浮控制系统进行仿真,并分析比较了专家PID控制器和传统PID控制器,从而证明了专家PID控制器的优越性。
To lower the abundant power loss of the electromagnetic suspension system(EMS),which does not take part in the propulsion of the vehicle,permanent magnets are added into the levitation system to construct hybrid levitation system,where permanent magnets can support a part of load and electromagnetic system can regulate rapidly to realize steady suspension.
为了降低电磁悬浮系统产生的不参与列车牵引做功的大量悬浮能耗,系统中加入了永磁体,构成了混合悬浮系统,由永磁力抵消一部分负载力,电磁系统实施快速调节保证动子稳定悬浮,基于等效法建立了混合悬浮系统的数学模型,仿真计算出混合悬浮系统的悬浮力,其值远大于计算得到的纯电磁系统的悬浮力。
