This paper sums up quantitative relation between best hardening ratio and performance index of materials mechanical strength through researching the best hardening ratio obtained from different methods of thermoling acts on common metal material in mechanical component such as 15Cr,20CrMo and the genus Cr-V.
通过对机械零件常用金属材料15Cr,20CrMo及其Cr-V类钢采用不同热处理表面硬化法获得的最佳硬化率的研究,总结了最佳硬化率与材料机械强度性能指标的定量关系,由于最佳硬化率与零件的结构尺寸有关,该结果应用于机械产品的结构设计中,对零件质量和寿命的提高有显著作用。
