OBJECTIVE To establish a chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay(CMIA) method for determination of mecobalamin in serum,and investigate the pharmacokinetics and bioequivalence of mecobalamin.
方法采用本试验建立的化学发光微粒子免疫法测定血清中甲钴胺的浓度,并对20名健康受试者口服单剂量1 500μg甲钴胺胶囊后的试验数据进行处理。
Methods 40 male mice which were established hepatic cancer model were randomly divided into control group(Group Ⅰ),tumors were distributed radioactive seeds ~(125)I group(Group Ⅱ),tumors were distributed chemical seeds Sinofuan(Group Ⅲ),tumors were distributed radioactive seeds combined with chemical seeds(Group Ⅳ).
方法成功建立肝癌模型的雄性小鼠40只,随机等分为对照组(Ⅰ组)、单纯植入放射性粒子~(125)Ⅰ组(Ⅱ组)、单纯植入化学性粒子中人氟安组(Ⅲ组)、联合植入放化疗粒子组(Ⅳ组),观察瘤体生长速度,绘制瘤体生长曲线图。
