A novel grounding scheme for secondary cable shielding is put forward in this paper,in which one terminal in the switchyard is grounded via a suitable resistance,and the other in the control room is directly grounded.
提出一种新的二次电缆屏蔽层接地方法,即在开关场的一端经适当电阻接地,位于控制室的另一端直接接地。
