After taking semi-finish machining to complex contour curve by using the processing center or three coordinates digital milling machine and measuring on-line with seeking border,we can obtain accurate finish machining allowance and amend the cutter radial compensation through analyzing and calculating.
在加工中心或三坐标联动数控铣床上,对复杂轮廓曲线进行半精加工之后,利用寻边器对轮廓曲线进行在线测量,通过分析并计算得出精确的精加工余量,修正精加工时的刀具半径补偿量,提高零件加工精度。
