根据零件的形状和生产要求,分析了书钉槽的成形工艺,制定了模具设计方案,论述了制造订书机零件书钉槽的多工位级进模设计的全过程,着重介绍了毛坯长度、排样图、各种力和压力中心等工艺计算以及模具结构的设计。
