In the paper, 0K penetration depths of λ_0~198nm for YBCO and λ_0~200nm for TBCCO can be obtained by analyzing temperature dependence of resonant frequency of coplanar resonator.
通过对YBCO/LAO和TBCCO/LAO高温超导薄膜共面谐振器共振频率f0与温度依赖关系的测量分析可以得到YBCO在绝对零度时的穿透深度λ0~198nm,TBCCO在绝对零度时的穿透深度λ0~200nm。
