We should establish legal systems relating to administrator,separation of property,heritage inventory,disclaim period and judicial proceeding in accordance with Chinese social experiences so as to make the limited succession system more effectively.
应结合我国社会生活实际,确立遗产管理人,建立财产分离和遗产清册制度,增加催告遗产债权人申报债权的程序,对遗产分配的时间加以限制,并规定相应的诉讼程序,以有效发挥限定继承制度的作用。
