In order to overcome the difficulty in the estimation of material amount and the parameter identification of the "equal mass equal energy" model proposed in the project of lithopone rotary kiln control,a new method of calculating material amount and identifying parameters is put forward based on the analyses of a large number of(historical) data and manual experience of workers.
针对锌钡白转窑控制项目中“等质量等能量”控制模型在进料量估算和控制模型参数辨识方面的不足,通过分析大量的历史数据和总结操作工人现场手动控制的经验,提出一种新的进料量计算方法和控制模型参数辨识方法,把进料量控制纳入到消色力控制中来,同时引入人工判断消色力作为辨识依据。
