OBJECTIVE:To prepare ZnO cream and to establish its quality control method.
目的:制备氧化锌乳膏并建立其质量控制方法。
Method: 60 cases of infantile intertrigo and 260 cases of erythema in haunch were divided into 2 groups and were treated respectively with MEBO and Zinc Oxide Ointment.
方法:将2000年1月~2006年9月,接诊治疗的婴儿间擦疹60例及臀部红斑260例分别随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组使用MEBO治疗,对照组使用氧化锌软膏治疗,评价两种疗法对间擦疹与臀部红斑的临床疗效和安全性。
