The composition of scales on the internal surface of waterwall tubes,the quality of water and steam(including the on-line monitoring),the microstructure of the burst tube were analyzed.
通过对典型爆口试件的垢成分分析、化学水汽样品分析和金相分析,结合机组运行期间的水汽品质分析,分别从化学和金相两个切入点探讨了锅炉发生爆管的原因,并针对发生酸腐蚀的原因提出了相应的处理措施,机组目前的运行情况证明这些措施是有效的。
