The objective of the experiment was to study influences of electroporation and penetration enhancers on the transdermal transport of Qingfengteng.
本实验以青风藤水溶性部位的多成分为模型药物,全面考察了电致孔条件下多成分的透皮规律以及各种影响因素;考察了中药挥发油不同精馏部位与电致孔技术组合后对模型药物透皮吸收的影响作用,以及不同精馏部位的皮肤刺激性;考察了电致孔条件下模型药物在动物体内的药动学,并得出以下结论:(1)首次发现中药的多成分可以在电致孔条件下透过皮肤,但其透皮规律与单一药物分子的透皮规律有所不同。
