Ultrasonic extraction of pine seed polysaccharides was studied by using single factor experiment and orthogonal method.
采用单因素试验和正交试验,进行了超声波辅助提取松仁多糖的研究,得到了超声波辅助提取松仁多糖的最佳工艺条件:脱脂松仁粉100g,水浴温度90℃,料液比1∶45(g∶mL),时间35min,超声功率800W。

松茸多糖对X射线照射小鼠造血功能的保护作用
Mice were treated with polysaccharides of Tricholoma matsutake(PTM) in 7 days and all groups except NC groups were irradiated once with 2 Gy X-ray in 8th day,then,the activity of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px and the content of MDA in liver homogenate,index of spleen and thymus,transformation ability of T lymphocyte were observed after irradiation.
预防给予小鼠松茸多糖(PTM),测定小鼠在受到2 Gy X线照射后,脾和胸腺重量、T淋巴细胞转化能力、外周血中白细胞数和肝组织中SOD、CAT、GSH-Px活性及MDA含量的变化,结果显示PTM处理组小鼠的各项指标与辐射对照组比较均有显著性差别,提示PTM可促进机体自由基的清除,增加机体抗氧化能力,对辐射所致的免疫损伤有明显的保护作用。
