But we may find unsatisfactory effect in somebatches of products if there are some radiation-resistant microbes in the products.
本论文以该批产品(金锁丸)为供试样品,采用微生物分离、纯化和鉴定以及理化性状分析等技术,对该中药(金锁丸)中耐辐射微生物进行研究,获得如下结果:样品经过5kGy辐照预处理后,初步分离出6类微生物,将这6类微生物分离纯化后,采用8kGy剂量辐照,只有1种存活较多,初步确定该微生物为耐辐射的微生物。
