本研究的目的意义:①在人本时代坚持走中国特色自主创新道路,建设创新型国家的新长征中,明确中国高等教育的主题——以学生发展为本,培养创新思维和自主创新型人格,促使学生自己掌握哲学和系统科学方法论与学习方法,增强自主创新意识和实践能力;②通过继承、引进和创新,建构人格教育学新的方法论、研究方式以及具体方法与技术,以便加快发展高等教育和科学技术,推进中国特别是西部民族地区现代化。
