The present study was undertaken to explore the changes of monocarboxylate transporter(MCT)MCT1 and MCT2 mRNA expression in rat cortex during central fatigue induced by exercise and to detect the effects of lactic acid on cortex neuronal MCT2 mRNA expression.
目的:探讨运动性中枢疲劳时大鼠大脑皮质MCT1、MCT2mRNA表达的变化以及乳酸对大鼠大脑皮质神经元MCT2mRNA表达的影响。
