Objective To investigate the effective method of the microvascular decompression ( MVD) operation for hemifacial spasm under monitoring of facial evoked electromyography(EMG) .
目的探讨面肌诱发肌电图监测下,微血管减压治疗面肌痉挛的有效方法。
Results: The results showed that the rates of recovery of the gastrocnemius muscle evoked potential and the single twitch, complete tetanus in the treated groups were significantly increased compared with that of the control groups.
术后2 、3 、4 周分别对治疗组和对照组损伤侧及健侧腓肠肌进行肌诱发电位及肌收缩力检测,以健侧为100 % ,求出损伤侧各指标的恢复率。
