利用农林废弃物可控热裂解产生的生物质气作为火花点火发动机的燃料,测量火花点火生物质气发动机的示功图,分析了生物质气的燃烧放热特性。
The biogas that was produced through controllable thermal cracking of farming and forestry disposables was used as fuel of a spark-ignition biogas engine,and the indicator diagram of the engine was measured.
统计数据表明:热裂解火花点火生物质气发动机中等负荷时的燃烧循环变动系数较大,高负荷时燃烧循环变动系数较小;峰值压力差值及出现位置的波动性均随点火提前角的增大及压缩比的提高而变大,燃烧循环变动亦随之增强;在整个功率范围内发动机的燃烧稳定性较好。
