This study is to observe the relationship between exercise-induced fatigue (EIF) and expression of neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) in ventromedial hypothalamic nucleus (VMH) and dorsomedial hypothalamic nucleus (DMH).
为研究下丘脑腹内侧核和背内侧核中神经元型一氧化氮合酶 (nNOS)与运动疲劳的关系,采用雄性大鼠经 4周大强度游泳训练制成运动性疲劳模型,用ABC免疫组织化学方法观测两核中nNOS阳性神经元的表达状况,并进行图像分析和统计学处理。
